OPCAT
The CEELI Institute offers a variety of courses to organizations, groups, and professionals seeking training on a wide range of topics. These courses lead participants to a greater understanding of the subject area, as well as to the creation of a useful action plan to encourage use of the skills gained upon return to participants’ home countries.
Evaluated with each session, the courses have been modified and assessed to be impactful, practical, and highly beneficial for all participants.
The Institute has an array of offerings that meet the Institute’s main objectives:
- Support for democratic institutions
- Support for free market economie, and
- Support for the protection of human rights
