Manual on Independence, Impartiality and Integrity of Justice

The CEELI Institute has been supporting the Central and Eastern European Judicial Exchange Network for over a decade. The Network comprises some of the best young judges from 21 countries who share best practices and insights on judicial independence, integrity, accountability, and court management. With the support of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Department of State, a group of ten core Network members created the “Manual on Independence, Impartiality and Integrity of Justice,” which is a comprehensive reference tool for judges worldwide. This manual summarizes over 160 international standards applicable to the judiciary, making it easier for judges to access the necessary legal support and justify their role in the administration of justice. Download the manual now to get easy access to the latest international standards and policies.
